Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin graduated with a degree in Dentistry from Kyiv’s National Medical University.
Shortly afterward, he undertook and completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Fueled by his enthusiasm for prosthetic care, Dr. Makarin served as a dental technologist for 5 years.
Beyond dentistry, he successfully completed Conestoga College’s Paramedic Program in Kitchener with Distinction and went on to work as a paramedic in Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin is committed to ongoing professional development through continuing education and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and is dedicated to ensuring every patient enjoys a comfortable dental experience.
When he’s not treating patients, he cherishes time with his family and enjoys staying physically active.
