Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin received his formal dental training at National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
As well, he completed the Paramedic Program with Distinction at Conestoga College in Kitchener and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience pleasant and stress-free.
In his free time, he cherishes time with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
