Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his professional dental degree from the National Medical University in Kyiv.
Shortly afterward, he undertook and completed formal postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Fueled by his enthusiasm for prosthetic care, Dr. Makarin worked as a dental technologist for five years.
At the same time, he completed Conestoga College’s Kitchener-based Paramedic Program with Distinction and worked as a paramedic across Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys delivering a full range of general dentistry services and is dedicated to ensuring every patient enjoys a comfortable dental experience.
Outside of the dental office, he loves being with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
