Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin completed his dental education at National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Shortly afterward, he undertook and completed postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Motivated by his focus on prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
At the same time, he graduated with Distinction from the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College, Kitchener and spent several years working as an Ontario paramedic.
Dr. Makarin remains dedicated to lifelong learning through continuing education and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin takes pride in providing comprehensive general dentistry care and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience comfortable, positive, and enjoyable.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he loves being with his family and stays active.
