Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his dental degree from National Medical University located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Soon after graduating, he pursued and completed postgraduate Prosthodontics training.
Driven by a strong interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin served as a dental technologist for 5 years.
Alongside his dental career, he completed the Paramedic Program with Distinction at Conestoga College in Kitchener and went on to work as a paramedic in Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin remains dedicated to lifelong learning through continuing education and is actively involved in professional associations including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he prioritizes time with loved ones and maintains an active lifestyle.
