Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin completed his dental education at the National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Soon after graduating, he successfully finished specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin worked as a dental technologist for five years.
At the same time, he successfully completed Conestoga College’s Paramedic Program in Kitchener with Distinction and worked as a paramedic across Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and focuses on making each visit relaxed and enjoyable.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and embraces an active way of life.
