Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin graduated with a degree in Dentistry from the National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he undertook and completed postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin served as a dental technologist for 5 years.
Beyond dentistry, he earned Distinction in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College in Kitchener and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys delivering a full range of general dentistry services and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Outside of the dental office, he prioritizes time with loved ones and keeps an active lifestyle.
