Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin received his Dentistry degree from Kyiv’s National Medical University in Ukraine.
Not long after completing his degree, he undertook and completed postgraduate Prosthodontics training.
Motivated by his focus on prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
Beyond dentistry, he earned Distinction in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College in Kitchener and built years of experience as a paramedic in Ontario.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and works hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he values meaningful family time and stays active.
