Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin graduated with a dental degree from National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he completed advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Driven by a strong interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
In addition, he successfully completed Conestoga College’s Paramedic Program in Kitchener with Distinction and worked as a paramedic across Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin consistently participates in continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and is dedicated to ensuring every patient enjoys a comfortable dental experience.
When he’s away from patient care, he values meaningful family time and enjoys staying physically active.
