Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his professional dental degree from the National Medical University in Kyiv.
Following his graduation, he completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Driven by a strong interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
As well, he successfully completed Conestoga College’s Paramedic Program in Kitchener with Distinction and spent several years working as an Ontario paramedic.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and is actively involved in professional associations including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin is passionate about all facets of general dentistry and works hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient.
In his free time, he loves being with his family and stays active.
