Introducing Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin received his formal dental training at National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Not long after completing his degree, he successfully finished specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Motivated by his focus on prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
In addition, he earned Distinction in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College in Kitchener and went on to work as a paramedic in Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience pleasant and stress-free.
In his free time, he loves being with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
