Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin graduated with a dental degree from Kyiv’s National Medical University.
Soon after graduating, he undertook and completed advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Fueled by his enthusiasm for prosthetic care, Dr. Makarin served as a dental technologist for 5 years.
Alongside his dental career, he successfully completed Conestoga College’s Paramedic Program in Kitchener with Distinction and worked as a paramedic across Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and is actively involved in professional associations including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and focuses on making each visit relaxed and enjoyable.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
