Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin graduated with a dental degree from National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Shortly afterward, he undertook and completed advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Fueled by his enthusiasm for prosthetic care, Dr. Makarin gained five years of experience as a dental technologist.
Alongside his dental career, he earned Distinction in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College in Kitchener and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin actively participates in continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin is passionate about all facets of general dentistry and works hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and enjoys staying physically active.
