Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin completed his Dentistry studies at National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he pursued and completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin served as a dental technologist for 5 years.
Beyond dentistry, he completed Conestoga College’s Kitchener-based Paramedic Program with Distinction and worked as a paramedic across Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin continuously expands his knowledge through ongoing education and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin takes pride in providing comprehensive general dentistry care and focuses on making each visit relaxed and enjoyable.
When he’s away from patient care, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
