Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin received his formal dental training at Kyiv National Medical University.
Shortly afterward, he pursued and completed advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
With a particular interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
Alongside his dental career, he graduated with Distinction from the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College, Kitchener and spent several years working as an Ontario paramedic.
Dr. Makarin is committed to ongoing professional development through continuing education and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and focuses on making each visit relaxed and enjoyable.
When he’s not treating patients, he loves being with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
