Say Hello To Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin received his degree in Dentistry from the National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Shortly afterward, he undertook and completed postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
With a particular interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
At the same time, he completed Conestoga College’s Kitchener-based Paramedic Program with Distinction and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin is passionate about all facets of general dentistry and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience comfortable and enjoyable.
When he’s away from patient care, he cherishes time with his family and maintains an active lifestyle.
