Introducing Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his Dentistry degree from National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he successfully finished advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
With a particular interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
At the same time, he successfully completed Conestoga College’s Paramedic Program in Kitchener with Distinction and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin remains dedicated to lifelong learning through continuing education and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin is passionate about all facets of general dentistry and focuses on making each visit relaxed and enjoyable.
When he’s not treating patients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
