Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his dental degree from National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Shortly afterward, he pursued and completed formal postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
As well, he earned Distinction in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College in Kitchener and went on to work as a paramedic in Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin continuously expands his knowledge through ongoing education and belongs to multiple professional organizations, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience comfortable, positive, and enjoyable.
When he’s not treating patients, he values meaningful family time and enjoys staying physically active.
