Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his Dentistry degree from National Medical University located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Not long after completing his degree, he pursued and completed advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Driven by a strong interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin gained five years of experience as a dental technologist.
Beyond dentistry, he graduated with Distinction from the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College, Kitchener and spent several years working as an Ontario paramedic.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and is a member of several professional associations, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin takes pride in providing comprehensive general dentistry care and works hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient.
Outside of the dental office, he cherishes time with his family and stays active.
