Welcome To Dr. Oleksii Makarin’s Profile
Dr. Makarin received his Dentistry degree from the National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he undertook and completed advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
Alongside his dental career, he completed the Paramedic Program with Distinction at Conestoga College in Kitchener and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and is actively involved in professional associations including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience pleasant and stress-free.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he values meaningful family time and embraces an active way of life.
