Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin obtained his degree in Dentistry from Kyiv’s National Medical University in Ukraine.
Not long after completing his degree, he pursued and completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
As well, he completed Conestoga College’s Kitchener-based Paramedic Program with Distinction and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin is passionate about all facets of general dentistry and is dedicated to ensuring every patient enjoys a comfortable dental experience.
In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
