Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin graduated with a degree in Dentistry from the National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Following his graduation, he pursued and completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin worked as a dental technologist for five years.
Alongside his dental career, he graduated with Distinction from the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College, Kitchener and worked as a paramedic across Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin is committed to ongoing professional development through continuing education and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin is passionate about all facets of general dentistry and focuses on making each visit relaxed and enjoyable.
When he’s not treating patients, he cherishes time with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
