Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin received his Dentistry degree from the National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he successfully finished postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Motivated by his focus on prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin worked as a dental technologist for five years.
At the same time, he graduated with Distinction from the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College, Kitchener and built years of experience as a paramedic in Ontario.
Dr. Makarin remains dedicated to lifelong learning through continuing education and belongs to multiple professional organizations, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
When he’s away from patient care, he prioritizes time with loved ones and maintains an active lifestyle.
