Welcome To Dr. Oleksii Makarin’s Profile
Dr. Makarin earned his Dentistry degree from National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Not long after completing his degree, he undertook and completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Motivated by his focus on prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
As well, he completed the Paramedic Program with Distinction at Conestoga College in Kitchener and spent several years working as an Ontario paramedic.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and maintains memberships with various professional groups, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience relaxed and positive.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and keeps an active lifestyle.
