Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his dental degree from the National Medical University, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Following his graduation, he successfully finished formal postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Fueled by his enthusiasm for prosthetic care, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
Alongside his dental career, he earned Distinction in the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College in Kitchener and worked as a paramedic across Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin is committed to ongoing professional development through continuing education and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin is passionate about all facets of general dentistry and focuses on making each visit relaxed and enjoyable.
When he’s not treating patients, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and embraces an active way of life.
