Get To Know Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin received his formal dental training at National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Not long after completing his degree, he pursued and completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
Because of his passion for prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
Alongside his dental career, he graduated with Distinction from the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College, Kitchener and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin remains dedicated to lifelong learning through continuing education and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience comfortable and enjoyable.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he cherishes time with his family and embraces an active way of life.
