Introducing Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin earned his professional dental degree from the National Medical University in Kyiv.
Not long after completing his degree, he undertook and completed specialized postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics.
With a particular interest in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin dedicated five years to working as a dental technologist.
As well, he graduated with Distinction from the Paramedic Program at Conestoga College, Kitchener and spent several years working as an Ontario paramedic.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience comfortable, positive, and enjoyable.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he cherishes time with his family and enjoys staying physically active.
