Welcome To Dr. Oleksii Makarin’s Profile
Dr. Makarin graduated with a dental degree from Kyiv’s National Medical University.
Soon after graduating, he completed postgraduate Prosthodontics training.
Motivated by his focus on prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Makarin worked as a dental technologist for five years.
As well, he completed Conestoga College’s Kitchener-based Paramedic Program with Distinction and went on to work as a paramedic in Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and is a member of several professional associations, including the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin takes pride in providing comprehensive general dentistry care and always strives to make his patients’ dental experience relaxed and positive.
Outside of the dental office, he cherishes time with his family and maintains an active lifestyle.
