Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin obtained his Dentistry degree from National Medical University located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
After earning his degree, he successfully finished formal postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Fueled by his enthusiasm for prosthetic care, Dr. Makarin spent five years working as a dental technologist.
As well, he successfully completed Conestoga College’s Paramedic Program in Kitchener with Distinction and served as a paramedic in Ontario for a number of years.
Dr. Makarin continuously expands his knowledge through ongoing education and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin practices all areas of general dentistry with enthusiasm and is committed to providing a positive and comfortable patient experience.
When he’s away from patient care, he loves being with his family and maintains an active lifestyle.
