Meet Dr. Oleksii Makarin
Dr. Makarin completed his degree in Dentistry at National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Soon after graduating, he completed advanced postgraduate training in Prosthodontics.
Fueled by his enthusiasm for prosthetic care, Dr. Makarin gained five years of experience as a dental technologist.
In addition, he completed the Paramedic Program with Distinction at Conestoga College in Kitchener and went on to work as a paramedic in Ontario for several years.
Dr. Makarin stays current by attending continuing education courses and holds membership in several professional associations such as the Ontario Dental Association.
Dr. Makarin enjoys practicing all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to providing a positive and comfortable patient experience.
When Dr. Makarin is not helping people with their dental needs, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and enjoys staying physically active.
